GROUP DOG TRAINING CLASSES
BEGINNING OBEDIENCE
This class covers basic obedience commands like sit, stay, come,
leave-it, and wait. Also, learn some aspects of dog language and
why dogs engage in certain behaviors like chasing cars, barking
and digging.

ADVANCED BEGINNERS
This class expands on the concepts learned in Beginning Obedience
and teaches various new ones. You and your dog learn how to play
fetch and tug correctly and how to add obedience to "the hunt".
Also covered are grooming needs and separation anxiety.

INTERMEDIATE DOG TRAINING CLASSES
This class expands on the concepts learned in the beginning two
courses. Your dog learns to work longer with more focus and distractions
and much less food! We emphasize real life situations that you and your dog
encounter every day. As an added benefit, your dog even learns a trick.

COMPETITIVE OBEDIENCE
This class is tailored to those handlers who would like to compete
in the various AKC obedience or Schutzhund degrees. Combined with
the occasional private lesson as needed, this class meets several
times a month at various locations. Dogs at the same experience
level learn the preciseness needed to compete.

kept very small to obtain the best results.

TRICK CLASS
This class teaches your dog how to learn in a fun motivational way!
Retrieving the phone, tried and true crowd pleasers like play dead
and shake, and many others are all covered.
Every year,
we overcome stage fright (both us and the dogs) and put on a trick
show at Kingston's 4th of July festival!
